We pay you cash for every day we are late. Here is the exact clause.

Every UAE contractor promises on-time delivery. We are the only one who pays you when we miss it. Clause 7.2 has been in every Round Triangle contract since 2010. It is not a marketing claim. It is a financial obligation we have honoured — and never triggered — across 15 years of UAE projects.

CLAUSE 7.2 — Delivery Guarantee

CONTRACT EXTRACT

"In the event that Round Triangle Decoration Co. L.L.C. fails to achieve practical completion by the contractually agreed handover date, the contractor shall pay the client a daily penalty for each calendar day of delay, as specified in the signed contract schedule. This obligation is not subject to force-majeure carve-outs for contractor-caused delays."
